Hotmail email accounts sometimes block any correspondence from NCC. Emails from the NCC systems will often go into junk/spam.
Please check your junk and spam folders. If you see email from NCC in there, then mark them as "Not Spam" so that they're not marked as spam in the future.
If possible, please use an alternative email address.
