All names under which you have been or are currently known will be included on your Police Check.
If you are concerned about the disclosure of details relating to your previous known name(s), please contact National Crime Check via email to support@nationalcrimecheck.com.au
Please include your Check ID, full name and date of birth so we can locate your application.
