A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (National Police Check) involves identifying and releasing any relevant Criminal History Information (CHI) subject to relevant spent convictions/non-disclosure legislation and/or information release policies.

This is a process that involves all Australian police services.

In addition the Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check report contains a date of issue, all names you have ever been known by, your date of birth, and your primary residential address.
