All names under which you have been known or are currently known by must be listed in your application and will be included on your NCCHC result.
If you are concerned about the disclosure of details relating to your previous known name(s), due to certain circumstances please contact National Crime Check via email to support@nationalcrimecheck.com.au before you sign the lodgment on your application. Fill in the application with all names listed, load your ID and then email us.
We are required to submit any request like this to the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission before we submit your check through to the National Police Checking Services for processing.
Please include your Check ID, full name and date of birth so we can locate your application and please give us details of your concern relating to the particular name(s). Please note, we may request further evidence to support your claim for removal of legally known names.
